Welcome to the Optics and Energy website. Please have a look around to learn about our research.
We conduct theoretical and numerical research in optics and semiconductor physics, with a focus on applications such as radiative cooling and photo- and thermophotovoltaic energy conversion. Our work includes the modeling and optimization of light–matter interactions, incorporating uncertainty quantification in computational electromagnetics and exploring quantum corrections to classical models.
